It is easier to say the full name, the Brut Sun Bowl, compared to the San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl, or the Gaylord Hotels Music City Bowl.

Or The Rose Bowl Game Presented by Citi

Good administrating to use two home jerseys, dark navy and bright orange work well together.

Since I started casually following the English Premier League, I've been a firm believer more American sports should allow both teams to wear whichever jersey they choose as long as the colors don't conflict. I'm not sure exactly what the current rule states, but if it says one team must wear white, or a significantly lighter color than the other, it seems outdated to me. The days of black and white television is over. I look forward to the day Ohio State sporting their home reds will stomp all over Michigan in their home blues.

It's a TD, but I'm expecting to say it's not.

They have to fix that BS rule.

The guy for oOSU caught the ball, got both feet down in the end zone, then on the way down , his knee hit the ground. Then he continues to fall out of bounds, and when his upper body hits the ground the ball came out.

In the middle of the field, that's a catch and down (by knee) before the ball came out. In the end znoe or near the sideline, it's incomplete.

They need to change that frickin' rule about 'completing the catch all the way to the ground'. If your have two feet down in the end zone and control the ball, or if your knee is down and you control the ball - that should be a TD with the play over at that point, regardless of what happens after that.

Oregon State threw a pick into the end zone on the next play.

3-0, oOSU at the half.

Once again replay proves to be a futile process and in the end Oregon State gets hosed...

Go figure.

I thought two feet down, then rolling over onto a knee and elbow, then onto the back and sliding out of bounds THEN losing the ball would be long enough for a catch.

Quite possibly the most offensive inept game I've seen in my life.

Pitt has done squat yet I won't be surprised if they steal it late. OSU has wasted a few chances.

I love how this SEC homer duo has no problem bagging on these offenses...but if this were one of their SEC games they'd be falling over each other to extol the virtues of this massive defensive struggle and how nobody in the country can rival these speedy defenses... :shake:
