Spring Game: Who's drafted first?

Which player will be the first one selected by the players making the choices in this year's draft for the Spring game?

FYI, seniors are not drafted. Once team A picks a player, the position for that player is fully selected, Then Team B picks a player at another position. So the object is to get a non-senior who will impact the game significantly more than the #2 guy at the same position.

QBs are assigned by the coaches, so they are not included.

NOTE - if QBs are eligible, and one is taken first, the vBet will be abandoned, and the wagers returned.

I forgot about hiim. I think an edge rusher might have more of an impact against makeshift lines though, and would cause someone to pick him up VERY early.

I think the emergence of Thomas may at least cause the pickers to think about it. Chimdi would be an obvious choice as well but Boren is well liked by the entire senior class and if it's a guy like Jimmy Cordle doing the picking, Justin Boren will be the first picked no doubt.

When is draft? Friday? I know last year I believe we had a live stream on 10tv.com or someone that had video footage of the draft. Is it gonna be webcast on 10tv.com like it has the past several years? Unfortunately I have to work so I'm hoping to be able to watch it online. Any word yet on when BTN is gonna show the whole game I believe it was the next day last year.

Thad or Boren would be solid choices, but I think an advantage could be had (or countered) by taking Brewster #1 with Cordle being a Senior.

The team with Cordle grabbing Brewster would not only have the top two Centers (keeping one from the other squad), but could then use both their versitility to put together a nice O-Line.

So whoever drafts first (Team with or without Cordle) better nab Mike B...to either have a major O-Line advantage, or to difuse such a possibility.

Kirk from BuckNuts free board says that TP was the first pick in the draft...guess QB was on the board this year.


...He also says that Browning was 1st OL taken ??? (maybe Brewster was assigned since Cordle was already on a squad)...but I'm shocked at Browning over Boren.

Rolle was 1st LB drafted

Adam Homan was 1st FB off the board
