In case anyone is interested, this private tracker has open registrations for a few days. It has a lot of sports - not just college football. It is private though, so you have to figure out ratio and long-term seeding. https://sportscult.org

In addition to seeding the public seeds posted here, I usually seed the OSU football games on both of these sites.
