Red rubber wristbands

Several years ago while attending a football game, a group of OSU students were passing out red rubber wristbands with 3 words on them...I guess it was the motto of the football team or university at the time. My memory isn't what it used to be. Does anyone remember these and the three inspirational words on them? Thanks.

I believe those were the three key words that Tressell used.

The university motto has been, and remains, "Disciplina in Civitaem" - Education for Citizenship.

Those are new (Urban Meyer era) and black with red lettering. The red wristbands are from the Tressel era with the "People - Tradition - Excellence" on them.
