I've actually had the time and energy to watch film of many national guys this year and I decided if I am going to be critical of other lists, I need to put up my own. I am trying to be as neutral as I can with this list, so with that said:

1. ***** GA DE Robert Nkemdiche: Can't really argue here, just an absolute freak of a DE. Enough said.
2. ***** FL OT Laremy Tunsil: Another freak athlete that is an ideal LT prospect. Likely not leaving the south but a fantastic prospect.
3. ***** PA WR Robert Foster: Yes, I think he is that good. Between an unreal highlight film and a dominant performance at the Army combine, I would like to see a high school kid try to stop Frost right now.
4. ***** MD CB Kendall Fuller: Lock down cover corner...would love to see Fuller and Foster go at it this summer at a combine.
5. ***** OH ATH Jalin Marshall: Flat out electric player that is severly underrated by Rivals. Best player to come out of Ohio since Beanie Wells imo.
6. ***** TX QB Tyron Swoopes: Outstanding film. Great size, speed, and cannon of an arm. Cam Newton comparisons are dead on. Only question is competition at this point.
7. ***** DE DL Kenny Bigelow (USC commit): Massive DL that can stop the run and get to the passer. USC got a great one here, I would love to see UFM still pursue though (if nothing else to tick Kiffin off).
8. ***** IL ATH Ty Isaac: Another offensive playmaker that does not play great competition (it seems), but is off the charts when the ball is his hand. He is a great runner but I see him projecting at WR with his spectacular hands.
9. ***** GA LB Reuben Foster (Bama Commit): Big, physical, and fast. The next nasty LB heading to Bama. Hands down the best LB in the country imo.
10. ***** IN DE/LB Jaylon Smith: Another freak athlete that closes on the ball before you can blink an eye. Once he finds a position, he is going to be tough to stop.
11. ***** CA DB Su'a Cravens: Big (6'1 205), rangy, and athletic DB that has offers from all over the country. Could easily be the top DB in the country.
12. ***** NC WR Uriah LeMay: A guy I see as way underrated. Gets to top speed in no time, great hands, body control, and nearly impossible to bring down in the open field. Again, vastly underrated.
13. ***** OH CB Cameron Burrows: Rangy and smooth in coverage, Burrows is the best cover corner to come from Ohio in a long time. Also has the size to come up and help with the run. Buckeyes got a great one here.
14. ***** MI QB Shane Morris: Hate to put him here but the kid is a talent. Great arm, accuracy, and a good all-around athlete. Should be a great one for Hoke.
15. ***** FL CB Vernon Hargreaves III: True playmaker and likely the best DB in the country when the ball is in the air. Sticks to receivers hips.
16. ***** PA TE Adam Breneman: Best TE in the country (likely unanimously). Great frame, catches the ball away from his body, and gets up the field quick. Should turn into a good blocker here. I could see Breneman having a Gronkowski-like impact wherever he ends up.
17. ***** FL ATH Derrick Henry (Georgia Commit): At 6'3 233, it is tough to project where he will end up, but guy is a freak with the ball in his hands. Even with his size, I see Henry as a dominant RB at the next level and at worst, an unstoppable TE. Dawgs got a steal here.
18. ***** MD LB Dorian O'Daniel: I see a Jelani Jenkins clone. Undersized but one of the fastest LB's in the class. Closing speed from sideline to sideline just jumps off his film. Next Good Counsel great.
19. ***** FL LB Daniel McMillan:Blows up his gaps and takes good angles. Great size and athleticism.
20. ***** IL OT Ethan Pocic: Loved this kids game from day one. Great feet, long arms, and really balanced in terms of run blocking ability and pass blocking. Loves to drive the defender 10 feet into the turf. I considered putting Ethan in the top 10.
21. ***** VA LB E.J. Levenberry: Kid has stud MIKE written all over him. Great frame, smart in digressing the play early, and closes the gaps in a blink of an eye.
22. ***** FL DE Joey Bosa: Massive DE at 6'6 260 who could also slide inside. Uses his blocker to his advantage, gets off the edge quick, and great first step.
23. ***** NJ CB Eli Woodard: Not a huge highlight film but simply because nobody will throw his way. Tall and smooth in coverage, willing to come up and hit. There is a reason he has offers from the entire country.
24. ***** OR RB Thomas Tyner (Oregon commit...see what I did there?): Missed alot of his junior season but kid is flat out explosive and built like a rock at 6'0 200 lbs.
25. ***** WA QB Max Browne: Prototypical pro-style QB at 6'5 and a cannon of an arm. Offers from all over the country.
26. **** FL RB Greg Bryant: With all the Trent Richardson comparisons that get thrown around, this is the closest to the mark imo. Low pad level, great burst, and tough to bring down. I could see Bryant moving up to the top 10.
27. **** CA TE Marcus Baugh: Looks to be receiving an OSU offer soon and I don't see him far off the mark from Breneman. Good size, balance, and should be a big time pass catcher at the next level.
28. **** TX ATH Ricky-Seals Jones: Played QB and safety but likely projects at WR/TE. Tall at 6'5 220 and moves effortlessly.
29. **** OH DB Dymonte Thomas: I really think Thomas is going to be a lights out safety. Great range, physical, and covers so much of the field in coverage. Here is to hoping UFM can work his magic.
30. **** IL OT Logan Tilley-Tulman: Long arms, pretty athletic, and engages defenders well in the run game. Underrated by Rivals imo and should be the ideal LT at the next level.
31. **** FL WR Ahmad Fulwood: Big, physical, and surprisingly nifty for his size.
32. **** TX OT Jake Raulerson: Great frame, absolutely nasty, and gets to the next level the best of any OL in this class. Great pickup for the 'Horns.
33. **** FL LB Matthew Thomas: All over the field for Booker T. last year and gets to the QB better than just about any LB I've seen on film this year.
34. **** NC WR Marquez North: I have a little hesitancy putting North this high...he is a little stiff on film and has a long way to go, but he just switched positions and his potential is through the roof. Great athlete.
35. **** FL CB Leon McQuay III: Long, physical, smooth...another player that could move up to the top 10 with a good showing at combines. I really think Leon is elite.
36. **** AL TE O.J. Howard (Bama commit): Blew up at the Underarmour combine. Great size and freak athlete.
37. **** OH QB Malik Zaire: Truly think Malik should be this high. Cannon arm, good footwork, and can make every throw in the book. Tremendous athlete running the ball. I stand by my Tebow comparison with his physical makeup and game. With some more consistency and reps throwing the ball, Malik is going to be a great one.
38. **** GA DT Montravius Adams: Kid just annihilates the line and disrupts everything. What a year for Georgia talent. Reminds me of Brandon Thompson's film.
39. **** CA LB Micheal Hutchings: A bit undersize but plays big. Blew up on film with on one of the best teams in America in De La Salle. Offers from everyone.
40. **** PA OL Patrick Kugler: Physical and nasty. Projects as a guard but Kugler is simply the best true interior OL in the country.
41. **** SC DT Michael Hill: Massive at 6'3 310 and causes mayhem. Gets to the QB awfully quick for a kid his size.
42. **** FL DE Jordan Sherit: Sherit plays the run as well as he can get to the QB. All over the field.
43. **** VA RB Derrick Green: This ranking is on potential alone. Kid is built like a rock and can fly, but the intagibles (vision, wiggling for those extra yards, etc.) remain to be seen.
44. **** MD DT Henry Poggi: The best of the Poggi brothers, Henry is very active in the backfield and difficult to block. Very good explosion off the line.
45. **** NJ DE Al-Aquadine Muhammed: Potential is through the roof with this kid and he stood out on a ridiculously talent Don Bosco defense.
46. **** GA LB Trey Johnson (Auburn commit): Offers from everyone and a tackling machine (over 300 in sophomore + junior year combined).
47. **** CO OT Chris Fox: Looks college ready with his size and is the ideal RT.
48. **** OH WR Shelton Gibson: Electric and hits top end speed in no time. I think on potential alone, Gibson is a tad underrated by most sites.
49. **** IL WR Laquan Treadwell: Not a burner but good size at 6'3, smooth out of his breaks, tough to bring down in the open field, and good body control going up for the ball.
50. **** VA LB Holland Fisher: Needs to add some muscle but the kid is an absolute missile on the field. Hoping to see an OSU offer go his way.

- Note: I would have Price, Gedeon, McCray, and Lisle (in that order) somewhere in the 50-100 range.

All I see is midwestern bias. Does your service even have anyone evaluating talent anywhere but Ohio?

Hey now, 12 Midwest guys is not too bad (15 if you include PA). I have Trey McNeil covering the south for me and Lemming doing everywhere else. I'm going for credibility here.

Nicely done. I really think Reuben Foster needs to be in the Top 5 of any list regardless of position though. That kid is outrageously good

Agreed.

Great list RB, putting together a list like this at this point in the cycle is very tough and it takes a toooon of film watching so I give you props!

I think a few guys, namely Isaac and Dymonte Thomas were too high but I like that you went out on a ledge a little with those, that's the whole point of doing your own rankings!

I love that you had Fuller that high, super talent and the best all-around CB in some time. Derrick Henry I would have bumped up a little, he's RB all the way to me and an AP body typed kid.

Good work :)

It is implied that Illinois has a shot at everyone in the top 50. He's got it covered.

This. Look for Beckman to Zook the ones he wants.

I figured since I have watched so much film on '13 guys, I might be able to put a half-way educated list out there. Thomas is a little high granted, but I think Isaac is truly the real deal, regardless of where he ends up. As to Henry, I had him up about 20 spots from where Rivals has him but I could see him as a top 10 guy easily.

I think you need to get out alittle more. Where is that hidden gem from Idaho that we could steal away from the blue turfers?

Actually there was a QB from Eagle, ID, last year that was top 100 (Tanner Mangum) and went to BYU. Better than BSU.

RB07OSU, What are your thoughts on Tra'von Chapman? I can't believe the talent in Ohio at the QB position. I keep watching Malik Zaire and Chapman's videos and try to figure out who would be a better prospect at the next level. Zaire is primarily used from the pocket in his offense and his long strides in the open field are fun to watch. Also Zaire's progression and arm strength in the passing game are quite impressive for a junior. He looks really polished as a passer. Chapman's offense seems to put him on the move a lot and he seems real comfortable when the pocket is rolled. I love how quick he gets outside the pocket and is ready to throw downfield. Chapman's feet and agility remind me of Miller's in the open field. Chapman shows arm strength on some intermediate throws but tends to loft some throws and needs to develop this at the next level. Honestly I see him getting an offer when he throws in camp. Too much talent not to offer in my opinion. I'd love to bring in Marshall, Zaire and Chapman and sort it out later.

I think Zaire is more of a sure thing. I really like Chapman but he consistently throws off his back foot and releases the ball around his shoulder, instead of that compact, over the top release Zaire has. Now Chapman might have similar arm strength compared to Zaire once he works on a more proper throwing motion but as of now, Zaire looks to have the stronger arm. However, you cannot argue the results of Chapman's throws, the ball is pretty much on the money and you see alot of that in his film. BUT, I am not so sure those throws will be there at the next level...he puts so much air under those passes across the middle. I see that as a problem if he doesn't get a better feel for when to lob it and when to fire it. I see a little more precision on the intermediate routes on Zaire's film too.

Zaire is also a better runner and I think just about everyone would agree with that. Overall, I think Chapman is a great prospect but I think the staff will have to see him throw in person and decide if his upside is worth the gamble on and/or if we are in good shape with a national guy. Zaire has a ton of upside too, he has not got to throw the ball a ton in the Alter offense. Also, Zaire is a done deal to OSU and already selling OSU to others.

Nice Thread RBO...I offered props..but I need to do some spreading around at the moment. Kind of sounds dirty don't it?

14. ***** MI QB Shane Morris: Hate to put him here but the kid is a talent. Great arm, accuracy, and a good all-around athlete. Should be a great one for Hoke.

I hate to agree with you on this.

Just curious...when do guys like Kyle Kalis and Shane Morris become eligible for say more in depth discussion on their...um..taking their talents to Ann Arbor?
