Yes, not questioning Chip and all the amazing things he accomplished as a Buckeye.

Was asking the question to understand if the transfer was related to Chip wanting to be the featured back.

Not really. The staff at OSU, indirectly, showed him the door. They even stopped taking his calls. They obviously wanted new blood in the room, which is totally fine, but they kind of ghosted him without explanation and with it being his last year he wasn’t going to risk getting lost in the shuffle. And he got a pretty sweet NIL package from UK.
