Rams at Cardinals(-4.5)

Close game, Rams won 16-14. Had a strange ending. Rams punted the ball off to the Cards, who's returner called fair catch. But the Cards were called for offsides. Clock reads zero and the Rams decline penalty thinking game would be over.

But according to rules, if a returner calls a fair catch at the end of the half and the clock is zero. Then the receiving team may attempt one free kick.

So what follows is you see the Cards kicker warming up for a 77 yard field goal. :tongue2:

Rams see this and decide to accept the penalty instead, giving them the first down, and allowing them to take a knee.

I'm kinda confused on how the Rams can change there decision on not accepting the penalty. I would've loved to see that kicker try a 77 yarder.
