I just wonder what happened from the first game to now. Is he just easily has his confidence in what he See's shot? Cause the first game he was playing on time for what seemed to be the first time in his career. Since then he has seemed to revert to can't read a D and needs to see someone open to throw it

That wasn’t a 3 day gameplan. The on script plays were more. They scored on first drive last night. On script…

Is it the terrible coaching? Is it the lack of development on his part? Does he just not 'have it' in terms of processing what he sees?

The answer is just 'yes'.

I will always think that if he landed somewhere else, it could have been a different outcome. But the NFL moves on from you fast. Hopefully he can find some stickiness as an above average backup for a run-heavy team.

Honestly I think if Shanhan would have chosen him instead of the flier on Trey Lance he might have made it.

1. cause Shannahan is famous for scheming people wide ass open and his problem has never been throwing the ball it's been reading the d and getting to right place.

2. Cause honestly the way he's played it seems like confidence in a big thing with him. That he's way more dependent on getting going an feeling it than practically any QB I have seen
