Purdue lands four players from my high school

While this is old hat for some high schools in Ohio or Texas, for four players from Mainland to land at Purdue at once makes me kind of giddy. Avery Atkins was Mainland's last highly touted recruit and his story ended in tragedy.

Not a Purdue fan by any means, but I may have to root for them a little more knowing some fellow Bucs are heading to West Lafayette.

We have a great WR class, so I don't mind that they didn't pursue O.J. Ross, but I really like what I saw from him. I think he is going to be a VERY good one at Pudue... along the lines of Taylor Stubblefield.

To be honest, just seeing four players that are potentially div 1 talent at Mainland is awesome. We were 1-29 when I was there and we werent as good as the record showed
