Koufos is getting back to his pre-injury form but is being cautious with his recovery and is scheduled to see have his foot reevaluated in the near future. Amaker called Koufos once a month during his rehab to check on his progress. Ohio State, Maryland, Louisville, Michigan and Akron are all being considered. Mentions wanting to make a decision possibly late summer.

My take: Koufos is leaning towards the Buckeyes but wants to make sure its the right place for him, I think the opportunity to play close to home and his relationship with the staff and his future teammates will be the deciding factor.

WOW...we are now pushing to have the best recruiting class two years in a row. Keep'em coming Thad!

Now if Oden stays a few, and Koufos a few...we are going to have quality size for years to come. Can you say elite basketball program?

awesome news, bout time he finally made it official after all of those freudian slips :biggrin:

He is close to Delvon Roe, so having him work on him will be excellent.

As for OSU's size, don't forget about 5-star 7 footer Mullens in 08. OSU is absolutely stacked.
