That was my concern with Kaepernick. Better athlete, will be better for the future, but Smith doesn't make that throw. It's the question that will haunt the Niners if they lose this year.

That throw was a fucking terrible decision.

I think Harbaugh is going to pay for jumping the gun on Kaepernick. Starting next season with him after Smith is gone is one thing. Pulling the plug mid season when Smith was playing well is another.
