OL Thayer Munford (1st Team All B1G, 1st Team All-American, Las Vegas Raiders)

“That was kind of a hard decision for me to come back,” Munford said on Friday as one of three representatives for the Buckeyes at Big Ten Media Days. “But also at the same time, I had to think back from high school. So I promised my mom I was going to get my degree before I leave and I didn’t get my degree yet. So I told her, long conversations, long conversations with my girlfriend of course. I decided that it would be best for me to come back and get my degree before I go into the NFL because everybody knows here the degree can make you go a long way.”

Love this kid, his decision to come back may have been the biggest boast to the team, even bigger than Olave imo. And it should also work out for Thayer too, so excited for him and his family to get the degree.

Maybe Dawand has made massive strides on mobility from last year where he could stop bull rushes and plow on runs
else would make more sense to put Dawand inside vs lining up with very quick DEs pass rushing

was just wondering about The Block O jersey earlier today

imho they’re 2 for 2 on their choices for that jersey
Yeah, I was thinking the ‘0’ might look good on Olave, but with Thayer being the one that suggested his own move inside, considering the team over his own situation, this is an excellent choice.
