A game after leading Team USA with 18 points in its victory over Canada Thursday, Marscilla Packer topped her previous effort with 20 points in a 124-38 rout of Mexico Friday in the FIBA Americas Under-20 Championship for Women in Mexico City, Mexico. Packer, a junior guard at Ohio State, set the single-game scoring record for the U.S. U20 squad.
