Per a release, Clark will graduate and transfer elsewhere.

We knew that roster attrition was coming to Ohio State, given that they’re still over the scholarship limit. Now, we know another member of the team that will be playing elsewhere next season.

Per a university release, Ohio State WR James Clark will not return to the program for next season. Instead, Clark will graduate with a degree in Finance this spring, and presumably, seek a graduate transfer for his redshirt senior season.

A four-star recruit from the class of 2013, Clark picked Ohio State over a slew of major ACC and Big Ten programs, like Clemson, Miami and Penn State. But thanks to injuries and a rapidly crowding depth chart, Clark was never really able to get going as a Buckeye.

Last season, Clark had six catches for 47 yards.

If he’s healthy, Clark has the potential to be a contributor and finish off his college career on a high note. We wish him the very best of luck.
