Kinda surprised Jake Hale didnt pitch, though
Also, i would have never believed we would have 2 HR's through 3 games. I thought we would struggle to hit 10 this season.
other things from this weekend..
-Michigan can really rake..they are gonna be tough to stop. They scored 47 runs in a 3 game sweep of Villanova
-PSU lost 2 of 3 vs High Point. I never saw that coming.
-Northern Colorado swept a DH from Texas A&M..not good for our strength of schedule.
-Minnesota got absolutely destroyed in a 3 game series vs Ole Miss(outscored 45-10). I thought Minnie would make a better showing.
-Purdue lost 3 one-run games in Waco vs a good Baylor team
-Northwestern won 2 of 3 games at CS Northridge...wow!
-Indiana stole a game in Baton rouge vs LSU. Sorry, Nutriaitch!
-MSU played well this weekend beating Stetson & UConn before losing a slugfest to Missouri
-Illinois and Iowa had losing weekends, but they were competitive vs solid competition.
Other than PSU & Minnie, the B10 as a whole played pretty well this weekend.
