    • Ohio State travels to State College for a four game series with the Nittany Lions. The Buckeyes must win at least 1 of the games to make the Big 10 tournament. This weekend?s games start at 6:35 p.m. on Friday, 4:05 p.m. for Saturday?s doubleheader, and 1:05 p.m. for the regular season finale on Sunday.

    The Nittany Lions are having a good year, they are currently in 3rd place in the Big 10, only .5 a game behind Minnesota. The Lions have an outside shot at the Big 10 crown, but they need help. They must sweep OSU and have Michigan and Minnesota lose 3 or 4.
     
    Game 1

    Well we dropped the first game. Outstanding performance by Luebke yet again. 4 total hits for the Buckeyes. Thats piss poor. 2 unearned runs for PSU ties it and they win it in extra innings. Pretty much sums up the entire year right there.

    They have to win one more this weekend to get into the Big10 tourney. Pretty sad really considering what we hoped they might achieve this year.:(

    Whole different season:

    Current multiple line-ups equal mediocre season.

    The team chemistry would have been 100% better!

    Softball

    I am glad to see that the softball thread is taking over the baseball forum. To the victors go the spoils.

    We should be celebrating the achievements of the OSU softball program. Keep it going OSU softball, straight to a national championship. Great job this season to all the players and coaches.
