Ohio State recruiting: State Secrets - Antonio Williams signs financial aid agreement, Antwuan Jackson update

Four-star RB Antonio Williams signs his financial aid agreement with Ohio State, while Antwuan Jackson is set to make a decision soon.
Four-star RB Antonio Williams officially became a member of the '16 Ohio State recruiting class when he signed his financial aid agreement with the university on Thursday. The top-ten RB, according to 247Sports, became a vital member of his class after the decommitments of fellow four-star RB's Kareem Walker and George Hill.
The North Carolina native comes with high regards and has proven them with excellent performances in his last two seasons, gaining more than 2,000 yards on the ground in both. Averaging 238.9 yards per game and rushing for 23 touchdowns in his senior season, according to MaxPreps, Williams will look to help solidify the Buckeyes at the position for the coming years.
The 5'11, 210-pound back was once committed to Wisconsin and committed to the Buckeyes just over a month ago. Williams is a bigger back who follows his blockers and has great vision for finding the hole. He has a surprising burst that allows him to gain yards in the second level and has the tangibles to be a workhorse back similar to former Buckeye Carlos Hyde.

Jackson has a "decision coming soon"
Four-star DT Antwuan Jackson has long been a priority of the Buckeyes' '16 recruiting class. In addition to current '16 Buckeye defensive line commitments Nick Bosa, Jonathan Cooper and Mailk Barrow, Jackson would set the Buckeyes up front on defense for years to come.
Ohio State has always been in the front of the recruiting process for Jackson, however, another team has come on strong in his recruitment as of recently. After visiting USC two weeks ago, it seems the Trojans have become a favorite of the U.S. Army All American, who announced over Twitter late Wednesday evening that he would be making a decision soon.
Jackson will likely choose between Auburn, USC and the Buckeyes. Auburn has been neck-and-neck with Ohio State in Jackson's recruiting process and he made this official when he had them tied for his No.1 school back in mid-October.
Auburn also has another reason to be hopeful of landing Jackson. Last week, Jackson told SECCountry that he is considering playing with his current teammate, Elysee Mbem-Bosse. The only school mentioned in both of the players' top five schools is Auburn.
USC has quickly entered the race to land Jackson. When he released his top five schools a month ago, USC wasn't even on the list. But in the last two weeks, the Trojans may have won him over as he seemed to really enjoy his visit.

While it may sound as if the Buckeyes are becoming an afterthought to Jackson, Urban Meyer is sitting exactly where he wants to in the recruitment for the 6'3, 285-pound DT. Jackson will be taking an official visit to Ohio State this weekend and will be in attendance for the Ohio State vs Michigan State game. With a decision looming, the Buckeyes have a chance to make a strong impression on him.
Jackson is scheduled to have his last official visit with Auburn in December, but it sounds like he wants to make a decision sooner rather than later. With ESPN's Game Day coming to Columbus this weekend, the atmosphere of the Ohio State campus will be electric Saturday and could play a key role in Jackson's decision.
