Just sayin': Quite a shakeup in the individual rankings from a little less than 3 months ago....

Kim went from #4 to #5
Byers went from #26 to unranked
Bernard went from #30 to unranked
Nakashima went from #51 to unranked
Okonkwo went from #55 to #48
Anthrop went from #67 to #22
Filin went from unranked to #42
Sterns went from unranked to #51

What's the story on Byers, Bernard, and Nakashima?

ITA Team rankings are set to release today.
Buckeyes should be top 5 based on fall performances, new additions and some crazy quality of depth.

If I'm reading it right, we are #6 behind #1 Wake Forest, #2 Texas, #3 TCU, #4 Stanford, and #5 UVa. Other ranked B1G teams are #12 UCLA, #19 USC, #20 Sparty, and #24 Illinois.

Bucks open their 2026 spring season with a double header Sunday at the TTTC (Ty Tucker Tennis Center)
From the official site,
https://ohiostatebuckeyes.com/news/...welcome-toledo-xavier-in-season-opener-sunday

…. “Ohio State is opening its 113th season of tennis and will be led, once again, by Head Men's Tennis Coach, Senior Director of Tennis Operations and Special Assistant to the Athletics Director, Ty Tucker. Tucker is in his 27th season at the helm, totaling 747 wins as he sits as the ninth-winningest men's tennis head coach in Division I history.”
Coach Tucker has averaged 30 wins per season over the last 20 years…
Looking at the ncaa record for all time wins by a tennis coach, Paul Scarpa from Furman holds the record for the most wins in NCAA Division I history, with a total of 820 victories over 38 seasons.

Couple nice body bag wins for the netsters. Just a thought, saw that had away games at Baylor and Penn St two days apart. Is there enough room on the Buckeye jet to accommodate all of the tennis players? Might be a more economical way to get from those to those in two days. Don't know if tOSU has a stretch Lear, or somesuch that can take a dozen or so folk.....
