Ohio State co-defensive coordinator Greg Schiano can’t stop praising Malik Hooker. When you see the kind of range exhibited by the super redshirt sophomore, it’s not exactly hard to understand why.
With Ohio State needing a stop in the worst of ways (and Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson getting a little greedy), Hooker covered an absurd amount of ground en route to the Buckeyes’ second interception of the night.
The problem for the Buckeyes continue to be both finishing on drives if not merely moving the ball at all. If OSU’s offense can answer the bell, Urban Meyer’s group will be well positioned to turn this into a potential contest.
