I know there are some NIN fans here and there is some very interesting things going on. As you may be aware, Trent drops his latest release on April 17 and it is a concept album.

REALLY looking forward to this and glad he didn't wait five years this time like he had with the last two NIN releases. While I did like "With Teeth", I thought it was a bit of a disappointent after "The Fragile". Hope this one's a little better.

I agree, compared to every other NIN album, "With Teeth" was disappointing. I haven't listened to it much at all since the first month it came out.

I liked With Teeth for the most part. The song "every day is exactly the same" is fantastic. I have my Sirius set to notify me every time it comes on when I am in my car. Definitely looking forward to a new CD, I am going to see if I can find the new song. Got to hear it.

I recently downloaded the entire NIN discography and for me, Pretty Hate Machine is still the standard by which all future NIN releases shall be judged.

Pretty Hate Machine is a GREAT album. For me, it doesn't get any better than their EP, Broken.

I remember these guys on Tour in the 90's, Reznor was all over the place, breaking keyboards, kicking and stomping like someone had taken a piss in his morning orange juice.

Flash forward 10 years to last April when we went to see him in Las Vegas at the Aladin. He's not moving very much, there's an obvious stage setup that allows him breaks, it was sort of sad really.

Still a nice show, just didn't have the same energy.

Same here. "Broken" is 30 minutes of the loudest, most intense and most angry music I've ever heard. All NIN's CD's are great in their own way though.

I heard the 2 new songs today. If the rest of the CD is as good as these two songs, I'll be happy. Much more experimental sound than the more mainstream "With Teeth".
