I am on assignment to Aberdeen Maryland. Very happy to get out of Bavaria. Anyone on this board know the area? Been there? Been stationed there? I should be back stateside by xmas.. WOO HOO.

I am somewhat familiar with the area as it was about six years ago. I haven't been back to Harford County for more than a couple days since then, so I'm not sure how much it has changed.

I am more familiar with the Bel Air (about 20 minutes away) area than Aberdeen itself, but nothing in Harford County is very far from anything else. All along I-95 is suburban type area, but the further you get from 95 and the further north/northeast you go along 95, the more rural it becomes. Once you get to Cecil County, make sure you have your Confederate flag in the back window of your pickup truck. If you have any questions, I still have a couple connections in MD that I could check with.
