Name the first 5 players taken in the 2008 NBA Draft in order, regardless of which team makes the selection, and whether the player is traded or not.

Note - this vBet take several minutes to create.

This is damn near impossible to do this year...

You are going to have to have like 40 different combinations...

I think that Beasley and Rose go #1/2 for sure but who has a clue on the order...

Then 3-5 is anyones best guess...

Lopez, Mayo, bayless, Love, Gordon, Westbrook, Galinari...

It is going to be interesting...One would think closer to the draft you would have a better idea, but not true...

Close - 36 combinations, plus 1 for "none of the above". I've only used your first 7 guys in my choices.

But it's a chance to hit some long odds.

NBA draft: Rose may be more proof that size isn't everything

Suns guard Steve Nash thrives in an NBA that gives the little guys more freedom to do their thing.

In a downsized, miniaturized world gone mad, the NBA finally, inevitably, has come to the party.
Forgoing an ages-old mantra that you can't teach size, the Chicago Bulls, barring any late theatrics, appear poised to select Memphis freshman point guard Derrick Rose -- all 6 feet 2 1/2 of him -- first overall in the draft Thursday.
It's a selection that would both contradict decades of NBA draft history and illustrate the influence of young point guards such as New Orleans' Chris Paul and Utah's Deron Williams in a changing game where, because of NBA rules changes and interpretations, a little man now can reign.
Only one guard -- Allen Iverson in 1996 -- has been selected No. 1 overall since the Los Angeles Lakers in 1979 took Magic Johnson, and he was a 6-9 point guard.
Time and again, size has trumped all on draft night.

Continued....
