Synopsis: If you were to pick a few words to summarize this season, "injuries" and "breakout games" would certainly suffice. Terrelle Pryor (Played hurt for 3 games, then missed rest of regular season), Brandon Saine (Missed 4 weeks), Ray Small (Missed 3 Weeks), and freshman SS Calvin Smith (3 weeks) all missed time during the season, and their absences happened to coencide with the Buckeyes losses. With Ray Small going down at receiver, Lamaar Thomas certainly stepped up to fill the void. All that Thomas did was rewrite the record book at receiver breaking 4 school records and finishing 3rd in the Heisman voting. Terrelle Pryor had a fantastic opening year despite missing a lot of time, as did Brandon Saine. Saine's performance against Michigan will forever be remembered, as he ran 37 times for 258 yards and 3 TD's in the Buckeyes 6th consecutive victory over the hated Wolverines.

Wow this is some impressive stuff. Nice work. I'll definitely be following this!!!
Thanks man, 'preciate it.

On another note, the schedules in dynasty mode suck. I know that the OOC ones are screwed up so that for all even numbered years it reverts to the 2008 schedule, and that for all odd numbered years its the 2007 schedule, but the conf. ones are screwed up as well. I have to play at Wisconsin for the 3rd consecutive year and I have 5 consecutive conference away games.

Here are some Bucks that transferred..

After 2008 - Dane Sanzenbacher - Navy (Currently 84 ovr)
After 2009 - Joe Bauserman - Northern Illinois (Currently 88 ovr)
After 2009 - Nate Oliver - Purdue (Currently 85 ovr)

And ironically I'm playing against Dane to open up the 2010 season.

The game x-ferred a WR to Navy? The game never ceases to amaze me in random retarded moments of /recruiting/roster/schedule blips.

Fuck. Shit. Damn. Assfuck. Cunt.

I just realized that when I supersimmed part of one of my games that Brandon Saine (Now a senior and my starting RB) is out for 11 weeks with a foot fracture.

As a sidenote, I added a little something to the 2009 recap for ya'll to better understand my team.

Synopsis: Quite simply, this was a dream season for the Buckeyes as they captured their second national championship in three years and the second in the Brad Potter regime. Junior quarterback Terrelle Pryor finally put it all together and stayed healthy throughout the year, and rewrote the school record books on his way to winning the Heisman Trophy. Senior tailback Brandon Saine missed most of the year with an ankle injury and so he will graduate never having a full season as a starter under his belt thanks to injuries. A freshman tandem of cornerbacks (Brad Stegall and Lorenzo Smith) came through all year, as Stegall won the Thorpe award as the nation?s Best DB and Smith picked off USC QB Mitch Mustain in overtime in the BCSNCG and returned it for the game winning touchdown. Two consecutive OT games finished the year as they beat then #5 Michigan 34-31 and the before mentioned 43-37 win over USC.

*Just a note, I only sim games if they freeze at all and force me to restart*

Okay, some background information here. Its the 4th quarter of the 2010 National Championship game, and with around 2 minutes left the Heisman Trophy winning Terrelle Pryor has the Buckeyes winning 24-23 against Southern Cal. Now, the Buckeyes are forced to punt from deep in their own territory, starting off what would be one of the most amazing finishes to a game in the history of college football.

http://www.easportsworld.com/en_US/video/619113
My redshirt freshman nickelback Matthew McCarthy forces a fumble on the punt, recovers it, and returns it for a TD to make the score 30-23 (Glitch on the extra point).

http://www.easportsworld.com/en_US/video/619430
Mitch Mustain hooks up with DJ Shoemate and he breaks a few tackles en route to a 52 yard TD reception to make the score 30-30 with around 1:20 left.

http://www.easportsworld.com/en_US/video/619571
Terrelle Pryor strikes back on the first play from scrimmage following the USC TD as Lamaar Thomas got behind the USC secondary and Pryor put the ball right on him, making the score 37-30 with 1:08 to go.

http://www.easportsworld.com/en_US/video/619725
With just 0:03 left to go in regulation, Curtis McNeal finds the endzone for USC to tie it up and make the score 37-37, forcing OT to decide the national champion.

http://www.easportsworld.com/en_US/video/620007
Ohio State won the toss and elected to go on defense first, and USC quickly got a first down, and then Mitch Mustain dropped back to pass. He tried to force a pass to Ronald Johnson, but true freshman CB Lorenzo Smith stepped in front of it and returned it 103 yards for a TD to win the NC for the Buckeyes!
