LOL, the only offensive lineman that Michigan can brag about are ones that went to Ohio State.
Wow, things must be getting rough up in Ann Arbor, because in a recent recruiting poster heralding the University of Michigan’s new offensive line coach, Ed Warinner, the Wolverine graphics department decided to highlight a handful of current NFL linemen that Warinner coached before his current job.
The problem is that all five of the NFL players that they focused on are former Buckeyes; Taylor Decker, Jack Mewhort, Corey Linsley, Reid Fragel, and Andrew Norwell. As former Buckeye and NFL defensive lineman Matt Finkes points out, as funny as this is, it’s kind of sad to see how far the once-proud Maize and Blue have fallen... ok, it’s not that sad.
When TTUN is sooooo desperate to tout the NFL to recruits, they list #Buckeye players on their recruiting posters.....sad day for @CoachJim4UM and @UMichFootball pic.twitter.com/2CP7nzqd53

With coaches moving from job to job more frequently in recent years, this has become a more common practice. However, Jacksonville Jaguar super-corner Jalen Ramsey has already made his feelings very clear about his former Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher using his NFL success to recruit at Texas A&M.
In a tweet earlier this week, the All-Pro said, “...don’t use me on a poster for a school I didn’t go to & for a coach who didn’t teach me how to be a DB.”
Know I have nothing but respect for you Coach Brew but don’t use me on a poster for a school I didn’t go to & for a coach who didn’t teach me how to be a DB.

Obviously the situation is slightly different here, as Warinner was the offensive line coach that worked directly with the five players singled out on the UM poster. However, it will be interesting to see if Decker, Mewhort, Linsley, Fragel, or Norwell chime in about being name-checked on recruiting materials for TTUN.
