The first round of the College Football Playoff voting came out on Tuesday, and the defending National Champion Ohio State Buckeyes were placed third behind the Clemson Tigers and LSU Tigers and ahead of the No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide.

While the initial rankings for the CFP don’t favor the Buckeyes chances of repeating, there is still plenty of football to be played for that positioning to change. Below, with secondary market ticket information provided by TiqIQ.com, we analyze a few of the top matchups the Buckeyes have remaining on their schedule and rank them by the average price for Ohio State Buckeyes tickets.

11/21/2015 | Ohio State Buckeyes vs. Michigan State Spartans | Ohio Stadium | Average Price: $431.45 | Get-in Price: $175

11/28/2015 | Michigan Wolverines vs. Ohio State Buckeyes | Michigan Stadium | Average Price: $427.88 | Get-in Price: $205

11/7/2015 | Ohio State Buckeyes vs. Minnesota Golden Gophers | Ohio Stadium | Average Price: $163.30 | Get-in Price: $60

11/14/2015 | Illinois Fighting Illini vs. Ohio State Buckeyes | Memorial Stadium | Average Price: $72.77 | Get-in Price: $22

The Buckeyes two most important games will come down to the two final matchups on the schedule. With likely wins upcoming against 4-4 Minnesota and 4-4 Illinois, the Buckeyes have a pseudo Big 10 championship game against the Spartans at home on November 21st, which is their most expensive game remaining this season. The average price for Michigan State vs Ohio State tickets is currently $431.45 and the get-in price is $175.

Even after the battle of two top-seven programs, there’s no rest for the weary as the Buckeyes travel to The Big House the following week to face Jim Harbaugh’s Michigan Wolverines.

Buckeye fans are known to travel well and show their support both at home and on the road. The faithful always represent the Ohio State brand well, making the school a clear cut favorite in the BRAX leaderboard for SpiritCups sold. BRAX, a company that uses the sales of licensed products from the NFL, NHL, MLB and more than 100 prominent colleges to raise money for worthy causes lists Ohio State as second biggest seller of SpiritCups sold behind the Alabama Crimson Tide. A percentage of SpiritCups sales goes to a fundraiser of the customers choice (they are currently working with the Boomer Esiason Foundation through the sale of NFL cups), making it a win-win for both Buckeyes fans supporting their team and a philanthropic cause.

As the Buckeyes look to defend their National Championship in the second annual College Football Playoff, they also expect to surge into the No. 1 spot on the BRAX leaderboard before the season is over.
