The Buckeyes need either a win or a shootout loss to secure 4th place in the CCHA, which would give them a first round bye in the league playoffs.
A loss in regulation or in overtime (before the shootout) would result in 5th place.

I hope we put 12 goals up on fredo tonight. The atmosphere is going to be crazy and I can't wait for the puck to drop.
So much riding on the game tonight.
1. Final regular game of the season
2. Senior Night
3. Need a win for a first round bye in the playoff
4. win/sweep of fredo could get us into the NCAA.
5. plus it's Fredo.
6. win tonight lets us play in 2 weeks in the Schott
7. Loss tonight puts us playing next weekend in the OSU Ice Rink.
I hope we have plenty of Buckeye fans show up for the game. I'm sure there will be plenty of fans from fredo there.
