Man arrested for DUI while driving his mower...

StooGrimson

He drives around, all over the town...
I'm surprised this didn't happen here in Cincy. My favorite line is, "Police had the lawn mower towed." Uh...towed?

Sounds about right for Vermilion. I bet he was carrying a couple more PBR tall boys when he got popped.

CNN has video on their site:

http://www.cnn.com/video/player/pla...nmower.dui.affl&checkAgain=false&wm=native_nm

Interesting tidbits:

- the guy claims he was driving to the corner convenience store to get an innertube for his bicycle; which is his normal mode of transportation.

- he normally rides a bicycle because his license is suspended for his previous 2 DUI's.

- he is currently on probation and will likely end up serving 6 months in jail for a probation violation.

- it is illegal in Ohio to operate any vehicle while under the influence, including bicycles. I know a lot of guys who ride bicycles to the bar if they know they're going to be drinking a lot. Apparently that's just as dangerous as driving a car....... :roll1: :roll1:
