I personally thought it was a good call. The DB was face-guarding the WR and never even turned around. Had he not made contact before the ball got there I would have been okay with not calling it.

Now THAT was pass interference.

It was a bad pass and a dumb decision, and apparently you are allowed to give a stiff-arm to the face of the WR as long as you're looking at the ball when you do it.
