Lebron James (Los Angeles Lakers)

Agreed, but look at how short LeBronze looks... barely taller than Wade, way shorter than Bosh... that says it all to me..
No, what says it all is that in every picture of these guys, Wade is front and center with the other two in the background. He's now Wade's bitch. Afraid to compete? Get behind somebody else...

1-who already gave the heat 7 titles besides d wade?
2-imo nothing wrong with playing robin, winning is winning. in an era when people are accused of being sell outs, i guess he didnt.

however, the most interesting points were made by speils yesterday during his radio show basically saying that he thinks when lebron is home in a dark room hes scared. to add to that his gods very fair, or something like that analogy basically computed it to lebron is probably the best athlete since bo jackson, however has little to no killer instinct and/or leadership qualities. very interesting stuff. im sure there is a podcast out there on it.

1. They'll get theirs. Whether it's 2 or 7 remains to be seen. A Cleveland curse job isn't complete until they go on to win the championship. Dan Gilbert saying the curse followed LeBron to Miami doesn't make it so.

2. He did sell-out. Winning may be winning, but this was about more than championships. He propped up a slumping city and gave it "hope". Yes he sucked against Boston, but in the back of our minds, we knew we had the best basketball player in the world, and at some point he'd deliver. He didn't deliver, our team roster is in bad shape due to him, and in retrospect he laid down to make his departure easier. He took the easy way out...that to me is selling out, even if he didn't take a max deal. How about he recruits for Cleveland as hard as he has been recruiting for Miami, and committs to the city so players want to join him here.

1 stinking title in Cleveland makes him a legend. To bring a championship to a city as beat-up as Cleveland would have been as good of a story as the Red Sox breaking their curse. And he would have owned it. He may get his rings, but there will probably be emptiness somewhere...he blew it. And I think in the back of his mind he knows it. Does he really like being told to position himself on the side of D-Wade for a cover shoot? If he doesn't hate it now, I'm thinking it will get old in a few months.

LeBron = Sidekick 6. I smell a new endorsement!

T-Mobile Announces Sidekick designed by NBA Superstar Dwyane Wade

February 12, 2007 10:25 PM | T-Mobile | Comments (1)
T-Mobile today announced the T-Mobile Sidekick III designed by NBA superstar Dwyane Wade, Miami Heat guard and 2006 NBA Finals MVP. Packed with the same technology as the T-Mobile Sidekick 3, the new D-Wade Edition is the latest in a series of T-Mobile's iconic devices.

The handset features a crisp white color of Miami's South Beach, the T-Mobile Sidekick 3 D-Wade Edition is paired with tan and copper accents that emulate high-end automobiles. Wade's signature "3" stands out as the only detail in gold, symbolizing the NBA championship trophy. The device also debuts another Sidekick first, a realistic basketball-textured backing for added grip and comfort.

According to Dwyane: ?My T-Mobile Sidekick is a part of me. I don?t go anywhere without it because it keeps me in touch with the most important people in my life,? said Wade.

?I really wanted to design a Sidekick that meant something special to me ? one that reflects my own personal style and inspiration. I?m excited that it will soon be in the hands of people who want a great device that looks smooth.?

I agree with all this. IMO, he never once had any intention to re-sign with Cleveland after the initial seven years. He always knew he'd be off to what he perceived as greener pastures, whether that meant playing with Wade and Bosh, attempting to be a billionaire in NYC or whatever. But sticking around Cleveland seemingly was never in the cards. Too small of a market and too much risk that he couldn't get it done on the court and lead his team to a title. So, as has been said, he chose the easy way out.

LeBron should be embarrassed to be a wing-man in any photo-shoot. Can you just imagine Michael Jordan and Charles Barkely flanking Magic Johnson?? It just doesn't make any sense to me...how much does a title mean to you, when you've essentially rigged the NBA?
I had a hard time believing he'd be a wingman or role player once the ball went up......but damn. you're in the back row there Lebron. Might as well say "also pictured: Lebron Somebody".

He is such a selfish dick for taking a back seat to Wade.
