Does anyone know of a good kennel in northwest columbus, or nearby? I'd like to go somewhere with good reviews rather than walking in blind.

I need to put my dog up for the weekend. I would prefer somewhere I could pick her up on sunday afternoon/evening.

I really don't want to put the dog up in a kennel, but with the family get together in Detroit, and the fiancee busy too, I'm left with little choice. She was not treated well by her last owner, who tied her to a tree during a storm (which is how we found her). Just leaving her with my girl for the weekend causes her to regress in terms of neediness.
 
There are a few doggy day cares that offer cageless boarding, which would be a great option if your dog gets along with other pups. I will try to find out the names, but the one is near 161 and Riverside Dr. in Dublin.

Also, make sure your dog has been vaccinated for kennel cough.

It has been a long time since I lived on that side of town, but we used to use the Rome-Hilliard Animal Hospital that is right on Rome Hilliard across from the Crown Beverage Drive thru. I don't know if it is still there or not, but they always did a nice job.

apparently it is still there.
