HOLY SHIT!......that killing was one of the badass series of massacre i have ever seen. not to mention graphic as hell. whats up with stallone going back to the roots here lately? not quite sure or how well the plot is setup for the rambo movie but that movie preview hooked me into wanting to watch it. that was just crazy brutality.

Content. Commercials implies broad viewing, say on TV.

Once rated for American Audiences that trailer might see time in the theaters only as a promo before other "R" rated films.

Jeffcat is correct, another cut will be made, or a completely different trailer entirely, that will be shown during commercials. Similarly the trailer shown prior to PG13 films will itself be milder in content.
