left work early today about noon wasnt feeling well. since then ive pretty much cleaned out my digestive tract from both ends. im trying to stay hydrated but cant keep even water down. advice on what to drink. the stuff in the fridge is oj, aj, grape juice.

gotta give your tummy time to settle down... go a few hours with nothing.. then try SIPS, SIPS of water.. wait about 5 minutes in between SIPS (get the "sip" hint yet?) once you can go 30 minutes of sips every 5 minutes increase quantity.. if this is the first day you have been sick you aren't in jeopardy of becoming hydrated... in my opinion.

Here's my best advice:

1. Stay away from me. I don't want to catch it.

2. This shit from GNC:
Sonne7.jpg

Sonne's #7 Detoxificant
# HH402
http://healthyhighway.com/Products/HH402/HH402.htm

We buy it from the GNC at Town & Country Shopping Center on E. Broad St.

No shit, it relieves stomach and intestional problems.

seriously, if you have a headache, go take a shower. go from either hot or cold, depending on what feels better on your head, and put your face in the water. it feels great even when im getting a migraine, and its basically like releasing all of the tension from your headache and gives you some moments of peace.

i dont know if its really medically proven to work, or just something that i do, but it works for me. it also makes me a little more sleepy so that i can go right to bed and hopefully feel better when i wake up.

When I have a migraine that just won't quit no matter how many advil I have taken I try a couple of things. Vics works wonders when you rub it on each temple. I will usually go lay in the bathtub with the water as hot as I can stand it with all by my face fully submerged. I will stay there for 5-15 minutes until the pounding goes away. I then put the vics on my temples and go to bed. Puts me to sleep in no time.
