WVU and L'ville have been considered #5 this season iirc so that ranking doesn't hold much weight for me personally.

I think UW is vastly overrated, UI is at home and I think they have more pure talent. That said UW has experience and BB while the Illini have Juice Williams and Zook.

Ugh, what a tough call.

Watching this game now, and a point was brought up in the broadcast that I hadn't thought of before ... with Lance Smith-Williams being under Madison-arrest, the Badgers have no depth at tailback for road games. The game time temp at UNLV was over 100-degrees, and there was nobody to spell PJ Hill for a breather.

If Hill were to get injured, the Badgers will be hosed on the road.

I think Illinois would be playing better if they didn't get to cute on Offense. How they ever go 3 straight plays without giving the ball to Mendanhall is mind-boggling. Guess what they haven't got a first down on the sets of down where he doesn't get the ball. Sometimes coaches out think themselves. Give Rashard the damn ball.

illinois has some hitters in the defensive secondary. todd better not hang his receivers out to dry.

illinois will be a tough test. as long as the defense keeps the opponents in front of them and takes much better tackling angles than the badgers are, it should be a victory. just make juice beat the defense. i don't think he can do that.
