If no ticket, where will you watch "The Game"?

Just curious where you will watch "The Game" if on campus but unable to get a ticket from a scalper or the ticket office. I was thinking of watching the big screen @ Hineygate, or maybe checking out The Varsity Club. Any other suggestions?

This is actually a new proposition for me, since I just got jobbed out of my OSU/Michigan tickets by my younger brother who will be in town that weekend. It was one of the biggest scam jobs of all time which he orchestrated and just talking about it gets me irate. I don't care if one of my kidneys could save his life...this is the last favor the little bastard will ever be getting from me. And not only is he going to the game, but he is taking his girlfriend instead of me. I am thinking about asking for a DNA test because he can't be a brother of mine.

So instead, I think I will go down to tailgate in the morning and then have my whole crew back to my place to watch it on the big ol' flat screen.

Next week is going to be awesome for me...

My son was diagnosed as significantly autistic a couple of years ago. After two years of doing all the things that the AMA says not to do, or at least says are not helpful, he is now on the high-functioning end of the autism spectrum. His official diagnosis is now Autism Spectrum Disorder according to one doctor, Pervasive Developmental Disorder - Not Otherwise Specified (PDD-NOS) by another doctor. My own reading of the DSM-IV leads me to believe that PDD-NOS is just a subset of ASD, but I digress.

My son is totally hung up on Mickey Mouse. If you think your neurotypical (normal) kid likes Mickey, multiply that by a billion and you might be able to wrap your mind around how an ASD kid is with the things that push their buttons.

Getting back, at long last, to the point of this thread; next week my wife and I will be taking him to Disney World to see Mickey "in person". He doesn't know about it yet. He is finally at a place where he will be able to handle Disney, sensory-wise. Now that he can handle it, seeing him enjoy Disney for all its worth will be the second best experience of my life.

The best experience will be the following Saturday when I drive the family to the Tampa area, drop them off with the in-laws, then head down to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Brandon (location is in the Alumni Game Watch thread) to see the Buckeyes Bludgeon the Bejeebers out of Big Blue.

I'll be watching at home. My wife has asked several times (this year and past years) if I want to have friends over, etc. We know a few weasel fans and a few general football fans. I always say no because if the Buckeyes are doing poorly, I am not a happy guy- especially if there's some freakin' weasel fan in the room giving me grief about it. Its much better if I watch The Game either surrounded by Buckeyes (hard to do in Delaware) or by myself. My wife and son will probably watch with me until they get bored.

DaddyBigBucks- your week sounds very cool. I can just imagine your son's reaction when he meets Mickey. Have a great time!

what a little creep...I hope his girlfriend gives him crabs. :mad1:

yes, I know my priorities are a little out of whack. no, I don't care.

Your priorities are right on!!!! I would be more concerned if you gave a flying rats' ass about him at this point. I'd march down to the courthouse and have my last name changed if I were you, dissolving yourself of anything associated with him.

Unacceptable. Until she has a wedding ring on, there's no reason why she should get to go before you. You can't disown him, but there's no reason why you couldn't simply refuse to flush after crapping at his house for say...the next 50 years or so.
