Did it. I really don't think I would pay an agency unless they guaranteed me a job within a certain amount of time. Even then, it's not that hard to just apply a bunch of places yourself and see what sticks...

If you don't interview well there's nothing an agency can do about it, hence it is unlikely any would guarantee you a job.
