Got a PSP...what cool things can you do with it?

My friend gave me his PSP. I heard you could hack it and put cool shit on it. Anyone have one and done this? I got a couple games but I'm not really interested in those too much (is there a Madden for PSP?).

I guess the first step is to get a bigger memory card. Its only got the 32 MB stock one. :(

I've "heard" you can put porn on them. That is, if your into that stuff. I do believe Madden 06 came out on PSP last year. And probably will this year also.
