Jim O'brien is a turd. At least they aren't banning them from the post season.

The NCAA's Committee on Infractions also imposed a five-year show cause penalty against O'Brien, was who fired from Ohio State in 2004. If O'Brien seeks a job with another NCAA school, he and the school will be ordered to appear before the committee to determine whether his duties should be limited.

At least they are starting to crack down on the coaches as well as the schools.

The NCAA said O'Brien refused to provide home telephone and financial records, as requested by the enforcement staff during the investigation.

I wonder if OSU could sue O'Brian for the money they have to give up... I've heard rumors the tournament earnings were $9ook... if that figure is correct that is $810k that we have to give up, if O'Brian is getting a few million, $810k shouldn't be a big problem for him :tongue2:

I think it would only be right for him to pay the tab since he was the one who started all this. Turn about is fair play.
