Think about this guys.
With the Big Ten Bowl tie-ins to play SEC teams, we could very easliy end up with another shot at them as early as next season.

We would be the "dog" .
And do you think our boys would be motivated? :evil:

At the risk of being a complete homer, I will not be shooting for any 2nd Tier bowl game just to get Florida again. :wink2:

Although, reality is, a BCS berth next year would be remarkable considering OSU's offensive losses.

We've had bowl tie ins with the SEC for many years and we just played them for the first time last month.

The odds are aginast it unless we make it back to the title game again. That's where Florida will be.

As much as I hate to say it, Florida will be will probably end up being a top 5 team next year. The big variable is the play of Tim Tebow of course. If he plays like he did last year, they will not be a top 5 team, but if he plays like he did in high school, they will be. Nonetheless, we will need to come up with some big wins if we want to play Florida again.

True. And while I'll give this more consideration as the season approaches, OSU returns a great RB - even while losing Pittman. The WR corps has been deep, and should still be very solid (though, I have to consider it a step down from Ginn and Gonzo). So.. I guess what I'm saying is, OSU's losses on the O may not be as bad as we all might fear.

But, again.... it's WAY too early to know much... I at least want to wait til spring ball. Especially to know anything about the QB.

Saban's a bitch. I hope he doesn't win shit at Alabama. Everyone is on his nuts because of what he did at LSU. He had a ridiculous set of players, and has no one to contest with as far as recruiting goes in Louisiana. As far as in Alabama, he does not have that luxuary.

The most obvious trip-wires in their schedule is at LSU on October 6th, and at South Carolina November 10th. Plus, there is always the coin toss of the Vols visiting early in September.
The most obvious deficiency are their defensive losses, (4 likely 1st day defensive drafts) coupled to ball in hand of Tebow.

Run Tebow, run!

Top 5, maybe, BCS Championship game, I have my doubts.
