Just getting caught up to this game on the DVR. Amazing INT by AJ Wallace on a line drive tip. A dozen drops by WRs & DBs today, yet he corrals that difficult INT. Royster broke free off tackle, but couldn't keep his feet to finish the play.
Stupid playcall on 2nd down, reverse option call loses yardage, leaves them with 3rd + 7.
Drake dives and catches the ball at the half yard line. They take the penalty instead to get 1st down at the 2.5 yd line.
Yet another fumble by PSU, yet another recovery of their mistake.
LSU stuffed twice by PSU, who decides that it's a good idea to roll Clark out left, have him throw across his body and throw a jumpball. Clark had a wide open man he was staring at but didn't care to throw him the rock until he had to comeback into the flow of defenders.
PSU settles for a FG, 13-3.
