The College Football Playoff committee released its fifth set of rankings Tuesday night, and as expected, Iowa remains in the No. 4 spot in the poll. Michigan State remains No. 5 after beating Penn State, while Ohio State moved up to No. 6 after a commanding 42-13 win over Michigan.
