Favorite Thanksgiving Food

Stuffing. I'm not talking dressing, I'm talking about true stuffing that has come straight out of the bird's cavity after being in the oven for hours. It's gotta be in that soggy state too.

I just picked up the bird yesterday too. We used to buy fresh birds, but the local place that sells them has let the quality go to hell so it is back to frozen Butterballs from the grocery store.

Turkey in mole (moe-lay) sauce. Made from special peppers, with cinnamon, chocolate, and other ingredients. Takes a couple days to prepare properly.

Stuffing (aka dressing) with sausage.

Pumpkin pie smothered with Cool Whip. It is impossible to have too much Cool Whip on top of a piece of pumpkin pie.

Mmmm, mole - stuffing - Cool Whip.

Cold turkey sandwiches. :)

I had the pleasure of having 'Turducken' last night at a 'pre-thanksgiving' party in Denver. It kicks ass, I recommend 'Turducken' to all the meat eaters out there. I also recommend 'pre-thanksgiving' parties. Why limit yourself to one thanksgiving feast per year?
