What's your favorite Shawn Crable memory?

2003: announcing his intentions to go to m*ch*g*n in front of Chris Spielman
2005: Getting pancaked by Stan White as Antonio Pittman scores the game winning TD with 24 seconds left
2006: personal foul called for hitting Troy Smith in the head, keeping OSU's drive alive
2007: missed blocking assignment allowing Appalachian State to block a potential game winning field goal, resulting in perhaps the biggest college football upset of all-time

Or is there something else?


EDIT: I'd like to add the missed tackle in the backfield on Beanie's TD run in 2006 and the 2 personal fouls against Wisky in 2007

You missed a few notable ones:

- Roughing the passer call to negate UM INT vs Wisky, who went on to score.
- Arm tackling Beanie in backfield, freeing him up for a long TD run.
- Failing to wrap up Ringer, but chasing him down 75 yards later. This one is only notable as it was hailed as a great play by Carr.

I don't think there's any significance to the Neb play, other than chasing yet again.

That why I waited. I knew he had more in him. :biggrin:

Tough call between the late hit on Troy in '06 and the arm tackle to spring Beanie in '07. Both were crushers, both games were absolute daggers to ttun.

I think I'll take my time, go over each play many, many times, discuss each one in great detail with the board and then vote sometime in the way distant future.:wink2:
