This should get some of us nice and ready for lunch/dinner today..

My favorite has almost always been General Tso's Chicken, but latley I have been exploring a little more with chinese food. Szechuan Beef, Kung Po Chicken, Cashew Chicken, and Orange beef are all other favorites of mine...

How about everyone else?

Also, the Beef A La Sichuan at P.F. Changs is unbelievable

General Tso's Chicken (extra spicy), Lo Mein, Egg rolls, Pepper steak.

I like going to the buffets so I can try out new things and not feel like I wasted my money if I don't like what I got. I can just throw it away and try something else.

Head to E. Chens in Karric Square. Great buffet. But you'll be disappointed in their General Tso's. Its less hot and more sweet.

I'm a seafood freak, so I really dig Shrimp Lo Mein, Shrimp Fried Rice, and that sorta thing.

Better than Chinese food is Japanese food. Particularly Yakisoba. When stationed at Camp Hansen on Okinawa, I use to go off base and have Squid or Shrimp Yakisoba twice a week. Absolutely loved it.

You know, Thats always been one of my problems with General Tso's, when places make it not very spicy, do you guys specifically tell them extra spicy? I have never thought of that.

Also, I think places that use dark meat chicken in their Gen Tso's are commiting a cardinal sin.

General Tso's chicken is basically Sesame Chicken with hot pepper added to it. Sometimes I think they forget to add the hot peppers.

At your standard Chinese place:
Singapore Mai Fun
House Lo Mein
Pepper Steak

At the buffet up the road they have a dish called Volcanic Three. It is steak, chicken, shrimp, and jalapeno peppers stir fried together. I love putting that on top of Lo Mein.
