    • I have an NBA Yahoo league that I've run for years. Unfortunately, we're down to 5 players so I'm opening the league with a twist. I've created two divisions. One of them consists of the "old timers" of the league. The other division will be "outsiders" to fill up the league. I'm looking for five players.

    I'll join... but how is it head to head? Is that on a weekly basis? Or do we constantly have to change lineups each night? I've always avoided baseball because I felt it was too much work.

    I toyed around and did a yahoo mock draft yesterday, I see, so you just need to try and have all your roster spots filled as much as you can. And it's cumulative points for the whole week.

    Do people add/drop on a daily basis to try and fill spots?

    This is a new format for this particular league so there is no history but I've played in leagues where some did that. Sometimes they won, sometimes they lost. Personally, whenever I've found myself making moves that way it is because my team is lacking in some area, which usually leads to demise.

    The only time I think that strategy can make a difference is in the latter stages of a fantasy playoff round, where you don't need to worry about who you release because the season is almost over anyway, and you might grab a point or two that makes the difference.

    It's next year, four BPers have returned (thanks, guys) and we need ONE more player.
