Is it just me, or has the humor gone downhill (both on Letterman and Family Guy)...?

there have been a few shows in the last few months which weren't fantastic (whereas almost all were early)... but family guy is still funny to me. I never found letterman to be that funny.

What do you all think of Ferguson (sp?) A few of his bits are pretty funny, and I enjoy his interviewing style. But the undisputed king is gonna have to be conan.
