Hoops: Finney-Smith to visit Louisville, Iowa State
Former Norcom basketball star Dorian Finney-Smith has two college visits set up over the next two weeks.
He will be going to Louisville this weekend.
The following week he plans to visit Iowa State.
Finney-Smith announced earlier this month that he was transferring from Virginia Tech. He was the Hokies' highest-ranked recruit in almost 30 years.
Other schools on his radar are Florida, Texas, Marquette and Ohio State.
He hopes to make a final decision next month.
Last season he averaged 6.3 points, 7.0 rebounds and 1.9 assists in his only season in Blacksburg. He also had 24 steals and 23 blocks.
