I show up to the Columbus Airport 2 hours before my 9:30 flight and wait patiently at the gate. 30 minutes before flight, I wander by the ticket counter and it says it's delayed to 11:30 takeoff. Why you ask... Air Traffic Control decision. Bullshit!

No other flights flying to Reagan International from this piece of shit airport!

I'll be here at Gate B26 if anyone wants to come by and visit, maybe watch a movie or something....

Of course the airline's backup will be: "Air traffic control won't let us take off without a crew."

Better fly it while you can. JB's exec made the worst crucial error for a start-up discounter: NEVER add more than one aircraft type to your fleet.

You can always get a deal on an aircraft or a line of equipment. It's the added training and maintenance that kills your bottom line.

Heard that myself from an industry insider here in Atlanta. Also heard that Ohio's governor is trying to wrangle a deal for Cinci to rectify Delta's scaled down operations there. (Interesting to me since that airport sits across the river in KY.)
