Espn Preview of Ohio State

Good bulletin board material there. Post that in the offensive meeting room. I'm sure the offense will be pleased with a C!!!!!!!!! :mad1:

Agreed, I believe our offense will better than that but at the same time I see their point of view...We are losing way too much offensive talent to not have a significant drop in production.

would be the reason I stated for ESPN insiders will accentuate that fact

You mean your editing job after-the-fact? Next time, you may want to include in the thread title "Insider" or some other indicator of the story/article being premium/subscription.

Nice look at tOSU for Espn insiders.

They also have blue ribbon reviews for Big X, Pac-10, Big XII, ND,and other misc. schools.

1. That loss to Florida seems to have brought some doubters out of the media woodwork. Troy looked like he'd had a bit too much rubber chicken. The early loss of the deep threat and the reverse in Ginn perhaps allowed the Gator defense to play more aggressively and showed that Gonzales may have been faster, but he didn't have Ginn's speed. (Interpret that anyway you want) 50 days off (which has not been addressed by the Buckeyes or the conference.) A Florida team that either a) was flying below the talent radar or b) played out its ass, especially Chris Leak

2. Offense 'C' & Defense 'B'...Perhaps some sort of commentary on the coaching of Bollman and the defensive coordinator...

3. Just how good were Ginn and Gozales, how good are Hartline and Ronbinski? Seems to me like we're back to Boston and Dee Miller level. Very solid

The media seems to ignore the fact that had we not lost a Heisman QB, two of the best WRs in the country, and a solid RB, they'd be singing the praises of Robo, Hartline, and Beanie. Keep in mind that these three guys would've been starters last year had it not been for having two 1st-round WRs and a 4th-round RB on the roster. Having Barton return is key in my mind to the OL. The only real question is how Boeckman will play...having a corps of solid WRs, a good OL, and a big, bruising RB with speed will immensely aid in his development. By the latter part of the season, I expect our offense to be very potent.

No kidding. This years last regular season game is Nov 17, that means if we play on or after Jan 1 we'll have a 44 to 51 day layoff between games depending on the bowl.

Obviously I'd be estatic to have that 51 day layoff issue this year :wink2:
