It may be hard to believe, but the waves of an earthquake just passed through Columbus and central Ohio.
The brief temblor, which took place at about 1:50 p.m., was powerful enough to be felt Downtown. Seismologists were working to determine the quake's epicenter.
"It was definitely an earthquake," said Michael C. Hansen, coordinator of the Ohio Seismic Network, a branch of the state Geological Survey. "We don't know where yet or how strong."

felt by anyone? im not in ohio currently, so just wondering.

Didn't feel it. Guess it wasn't as strong as the last one in Columbus, which woke me up and actually kind of scared the shit out of me.

I didn't feel it in Solon, but maybe I was doing something at the time and didn't notice. When that house exploded off of 480 a few weeks ago they said they felt it in the office 10 miles away like something blew up in our building.

I didn't feel it. But, living in south Florida might be the reason for that.
