That's probably about 90% of their population, too.
Why do they bother playing these games in the west and on the coasts if you're going to get a hostile crowd? If these cities want to host the games, they should get Americans to show up for them. In the meantime, put all of these games in Columbus, Minneapolis, Huntington WV - wherever you can get some English-speaking folks in the majority.
